Important (17/03/07): As an
e-commerce specialist, our main strengths have
always been great pricing and fast delivery.
We achieve both of these by working flexibly
and keeping our overhead costs low. For the
last 7 years we have maintained a near-fulltime
telephone service, which has been used less
as we have promoted the use of our website to
customers. One of our objectives for 2007 is
to move further towards being a dedicated e-commerce
company, and we recently made the decision to
only operate a telephone service on a part-time
basis.
All products are available on the website for
immediate ordering, and even though the level
of telephone support is going to decrease, we
will still be maintaining our service of getting
orders despatch quickly.

shortly to provide immediate answers to some
of the more common questions and we will also
